It matures for a minimum of 18 years in American oak barrels, then finishes in Amarone Della Valpolicella barrels for eight months. This process infuses the whiskey with the Amarone’s signature dark red fruit flavor, enhancing its natural deliciousness.
Selected by Master Blender Paul Caris during his visits to the picturesque Veneto Region at the Alps’ foothills, this region is famed for its wine-making prowess and breathtaking vineyard landscapes, including the shimmering Lake Garda. Each bottle is a unique collector’s item, individually numbered and signed by Founder Stephen Cope, encased in an elegant wooden box.
